The nfo kit is designed for users who want to detect the success of their DNA amplification reaction by means of end-point ‘sandwich-assays’, such as lateral-flow (LF) strips.
This kit includes extra ssDNA binding protein and dNTP to improve RPA performance. We highly recommend customers switch to this formulation as we expect improved performance for most uses.
